Lorah Gerald
is a Trauma-Informed Embodiment Instructor, educator, marketing professional, and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals build resilience through movement, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing. She is certified in Kundalini Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Polyvagal-informed Yoga, and is a Reiki Master. Through workshops, retreats, community events, online classes, and her Patreon community, Lorah teaches practical tools that help people reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and move from survival toward greater well-being.

With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, event planning, and community engagement, Lorah enjoys helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their outreach, build meaningful partnerships, and expand their impact. Her background in both wellness education and strategic communications allows her to bridge healing practices with community connection.

Lorah's own experiences with trauma inspired her commitment to trauma-informed care and lifelong learning. She believes that healing happens through connection, education, creativity, and compassionate community. As a member of the Humble Warrior Collective Board of Directors, she is honored to support the organization's mission of making trauma-informed movement and mindfulness accessible to individuals and communities throughout the Tulsa area.
